**DO note you cannot stay directly on the beach if you have pets. Also, there is no sewer hookup at the sites right on the beach. They pack you in pretty tight, but these sites are amazing if you can get past these few things.

Geronimo RV Park
A guest favorite, Geronimo RV Park is in an ideal location in the middle of Destin, FL, and just two blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. In-park amenities will keep you comfortable and happy and include such things as Wi-Fi, cable TV, onsite worship services, and a clean laundry room and bathhouse.

The state parks near Destin are also a great option for those looking for a place to park their trailer or motorhome. Henderson Beach State Park is the closest to the city and is a wonderful choice for many reasons, including cost and access to a popular beach.

Destin RV Beach Resort
Finally, there is Destin RV Beach Resort. This amazing gated RV park offers guests access to a private beach, meaning you won’t ever have to deal with the crowds found at many public beaches.

30A Luxury RV Resort

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park
Another great state park option is Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. This park is located in Santa Rosa Beach and is popular with day guests and campers alike. The beaches are stunning, and trails are available for biking and hiking, making this a fantastic place to escape into nature.
Topsail Hill Preserve State Park works in conjunction with Fancy Camps to provide guests with 156 upscale RV campsites. All have water, electric, and sewer hookups. Cable TV is also available, as are a bathhouse, a swimming pool, a laundry room, and a shuffleboard court.

Grayton Beach State Park
This is one of our absolute favorite RV parks in Destin Florida area. Yes, it is a bit further from the city than most of the places listed here, but it’s totally worth the extra drive to have the chance to stay in this gorgeous natural environment.
A biking trail and hiking trail are both available, and the park is a great place to do some bird watching. Of course, the sugar sand beach is a popular attraction, and many enjoy swimming and boating while in the park.
The in-park campground features 59 well-maintained campsites, each with electric and water hookups. Some campsites have sewer hookups, and some are accessible. Grayton Beach State Park can accommodate RVs up to 40 feet in length, so some larger rigs will fit in this state park.

Peach Creek RV Park
If you’re looking for a smaller and more rustic camping experience, look no further than Peach Creek RV Park. This is a humble family-owned park RV park in Destin Florida area with welcoming staff and access to plenty of fun in nature.
