The perfect stopping point when heading through New Mexico on I-40, USA RV Park has everything you need to be comfortable for a single night or weeks at a time. The beautifully landscaped all-American RV park is located near shopping and dining in the town of Gallup. Incredible wineries and eateries can be found around Midtown Mountain Campground and RV Park. Not only that, but the park is also within walking distance of many of these spots. This makes this RV park the ideal place for folks who prefer to park their rig and forget about driving for the entirety of their getaway.

Another RV park in Elephant Butte, Cedar Cove, is a fantastic place to stay. Nearby attractions include Elephant Butte Lake, ghost towns, the Sierra del Rio Golf Course, hot springs, hiking trails, and more. You’ll never be bored when staying at this park.
As far as the campground itself goes, you’ll be happy to know many amenities are available. These include a game room, a fitness center, a dog corral, and even an onsite nail salon. The sites are large, and the campground goes so far as to claim there is “no rig too big” to fit into them.

Each of the park’s sites offers full hookups, free internet, and a table, and the spots can accommodate large rigs. A laundry facility and spotless, heated restroom make it easy to stay clean throughout your stay, and your pup is sure to appreciate the grassy pet area where they can play.

Enchanted Trails RV Park and Trading Post

Location is the name of the game at Enchanted Trails RV Park and Trading Post. This park is just off I-40 and historic Route 66 and only a few minutes from Old Town Albuquerque. While staying here, you will want to drive into the city to see the many attractions and try the incredible restaurants. We also highly recommend visiting Petroglyphs National Monument.
Almost all of the sites at this park feature full hookups. There is Wi-Fi available at each site, and the laundry and restrooms with showers are clean and well kept. We highly recommend taking advantage of the heated pool and hot tub during your visit, and the rec hall and game room are equally worth checking out.

Blaze-in-Saddle RV Park & Horse Hotel
Finally, there is Blaze-in-Saddle RV Park and Horse Hotel. This Tucumcari park is the perfect stop for those passing through on I-40 or Route 66. Things to do nearby include checking out well-preserved Historic Route 66 motels, visiting the Mesalands Dinosaur, and seeing the New Mexico Route 66 Museum.
Pull-through sites are available at this park, as are full-hookup sites. There is also park-wide internet and a restroom with showers. People love the self-service RV wash found here, and the enclosed dog run is incredibly convenient.
